《大行報告》中金:中銀香港(02388.HK)首季業績小幅低於預期
中金發表報告表示,中銀香港(02388.HK)首季營收、撥備前利潤、經營利潤分別按年增長12.3%、14.2%及22.6%。業績小幅低於該行預期,主要原因在於淨息差按季回落,致淨利息收入表現不及預期。
報告又指,由於公司淨息差表現不及預期,下調其今明兩年盈測9.5%和9.6%,至分別337.28億元和347.64億元。目前股價對應今年預測市淨率0.8倍,認為香港本地經濟復甦有望繼續支撐公司估值回升,維持「跑贏行業」評級和目標價32.38元不變。
