《大行報告》里昂:美高梅中國(02282.HK)首季EBITDA勝預期 4月市佔率穩定
里昂發表評級報告指,美高梅中國(02282.HK)物業EBITDA由上年第四季錄得虧損轉為盈利,今年首季賺14.13億元,回到2019年首季的87%,均勝於市場及該行預期。整體博彩收入按季升254%,主要是賭博量增加,以及VIP和大眾市場有較高的贏率。
該行表示,美高梅中國總博彩收入市場份額由去年第四季的14.3%擴大至今年首季的15.4%,市佔率於4月份穩定;而隨著澳門訪客量繼續回升,管理層對持續復甦感樂觀。(ca/u)
