《大行報告》瑞銀﹕美高梅中國(02282.HK)首季EBITDA優於市場預期
瑞銀發表報告指,美高梅中國(02282.HK)首季經調整物業EBITDA符合該行估計,並好過市場預期。
隨著澳門日均旅客人數上升,已回復至2019年同時75%(對比今年首季50%),該行料在中場業務方面,公司4月份中場賭收已達到2019年水平的115%,整體賭收和EBITDA達到2019年水平的90%以上,市場份額穩定。美高梅中國管理層預計,其市場份額將保持在雙位數(teens)水平,維持對其「中性」評級,目標價11.5元。
