海航控股(600221.SH):因涉嫌債券市場信披違法 被證監會立案
格隆匯4月28日丨海航控股(600221.SH)公佈,收到中國證券監督管理委員會《立案吿知書》,因公司2018年至2020年涉嫌債券市場信息披露違法,根據《中華人民共和國證券法》《中華人民共和國行政處罰法》等法律法規,中國證監會決定對公司立案。
上述立案調查內容屬於海航控股破產重整前的歷史事項,相關債券涉及的債權已在《海南航空控股股份有限公司及其十家子公司重整計劃》約定具體清償方案。目前公司經營情況正常,公司將持續關注上述事項的進展情況。
