公共交通費用補貼計劃臨時特別措施延至10月底
運輸署提醒市民,政府再度延長公共交通費用補貼計劃的臨時特別措施六個月至今年10月31日。
政府早前推出臨時特別措施,將計劃的每月交通開支水平暫時由400元放寬至200元,並將每月補貼上限暫時由400元提高至500元。政府在2023/24年度《財政預算案》中宣布將上述臨時特別措施再延長6個月至今年10月底。換言之,在今年5月1日至10月31日期間,政府會繼續就市民每月超出200元的實際公共交通開支提供三分之一的補貼,而每張八達通的補貼金額以每月500元為上限。
