美國玩具商孩之寶(Hasbro)(HAS.US)公布截至4月2日止首財季業績。季度股東應佔虧損2,210萬美元,對上年度同期純利6,120萬美元。每股季度攤薄虧損16美仙,經調整後為盈利1美仙。季度淨收益按年跌14%至10.01億美元,高於市場預期的8.78億美元。其中《魔法風雲會》遊戲季度銷售按年升16%,部分抵銷消費者產品23%的銷售下跌。
公司股價昨日(27日)升14.6%,報58.93美元。同業美泰(Mattel)(MAT.US)亦升6.1%報18美元。
美泰早前公布首季業績,季度虧損1.07億美元,對上年度同期純利2,150萬美元。每股季度攤薄虧損30美仙,經調整後為虧損24美仙,差於市場預期的虧損19美仙。季度淨銷售按年跌22%至8.15億美元,但勝市場預期的7.41億美元。
