中國平安(02318.HK)：Q1實現歸母營運利潤413.85億元，歸母淨利潤同比勁增48.9%
格隆匯4月26日丨中國平安(02318.HK)公佈截至2023年3月31日止三個月的未經審計業績公吿，2023年第一季度，集團實現歸屬於母公司股東的營運利潤413.85億元；歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤383.52億元，同比增長48.9%；年化營運ROE達18.8%。
經營業績亮點
● 經營業績持續增長。截至2023年3月末，平安個人客户數近2.29億，客均合同數較年初增長0.3%至2.98個。
● 壽險深度改革逐步顯效，業務穩健發展。2023年第一季度，壽險及健康險新業務價值同比增長8.8%，代理人渠道同比轉正，銀保渠道同比大幅增長。若去年第一季度新業務價值採用年底假設及方法重述，2023年第一季度新業務價值同比上升21.1%。
● 財產保險業務保險服務收入穩健增長，業務品質保持良好。2023年第一季度，平安產險保險服務收入763.12億元，同比增長7.1%。平安產險通過強化業務管理與風險篩選，整體承保綜合成本率保持在98.7%的健康水平。
● 銀行經營業績表現穩健，資產質量保持平穩。2023年第一季度，平安銀行實現淨利潤146.02億元，同比增長13.6%。截至2023年3月末，不良貸款率1.05%，與年初持平；撥備覆蓋率290.40%，風險抵補能力保持良好。
● 醫療健康生態圈戰略持續推進。平安通過打造全球領先的醫療健康服務生態，提供覆蓋健康、慢病、疾病、養老的一站式服務，讓客户「省心、省時、又省錢」，賦能金融主業。截至2023年3月末，平安醫療健康生態圈已實現國內百強醫院和三甲醫院100%合作覆蓋，平安自有醫生團隊近4,000人、外部簽約醫生近5萬人，合作藥店數達22.6萬家，較年初新增近2,000家。2023年一季度享有「+服務」權益的客户覆蓋壽險新業務價值佔比穩步提升。
● 核心技術能力持續深化。截至2023年3月末，公司科技專利申請數較年初增加1,152項，累計達47,229項，穩居國際金融機構前列。2023年第一季度，平安AI坐席驅動產品銷售在整體坐席產品銷售規模中佔比49%，AI坐席服務量在客服總量中佔比達81%。
● 支持可持續發展，持續深化綠色金融實踐。截至2023年3月末，平安綠色投融資規模約3,084.49億元，綠色銀行類業務規模約1,741.12億元；2023年第一季度綠色保險原保險保費收入約65.65億元。
