香港交易所(00388.HK)：Q1開局良好，股東應占溢利34.08億港元，同比升28%及環比升14%
格隆匯4月26日丨香港交易所(00388.HK)披露2023年首季業績，集團2023年第一季的季度收入和其他收益及溢利為歷來第二高，僅次於2021第一季的紀錄；
2023年第一季收入及其他收益為55.58億元(港元，下同)，較前一年同期上升19%(較2022年第四季上升7%)
-主要業務收入較2022年第一季上升5%，反映保證金與結算所基金的投資收益淨額增加，但交易及結算費減少以及上市費收入減少已抵銷部分升幅
-公司資金的投資收益淨額為5.49億元(2022年第一季：虧損1.04億元)，反映外部管理的投資基金(外部組合)錄得公平值收益淨額1.95億元(2022年第一季：虧損1.89億元)，以及內部管理的公司資金的投資收益上升
營運支出較2022年第一季上升11%(較2022年第四季下跌3%)，源於僱員費用及專業費用增加
EBITDA利潤率為76%，較前一年上升1%，較2022年第四季上升2%；
股東應占溢利為34.08億元，較2022年第一季上升28%(較2022年第四季上升14%)。
2023年第一季，儘管宏觀經濟及高利率環境持續帶來挑戰，地緣政治局勢也持續緊張，期內香港交易所的表現仍穩健而強韌。2023年第一季標題平均每日成交金額為1278億元，與2022年第四季大致相若，但較2022年第一季下跌13%。集團的衍生產品市場繼續表現強勁，衍生產品合約成交張數較2022年第一季增加6%(較2022年第四季的新高紀錄下跌4%)。由於利率在2022年及2023年第一季上升，連帶外部組合亦有所反彈，2023年第一季投資收益淨額錄得15億元的季度新高。
