同道獵聘(06100.HK)擬採納受限制股份計劃(2023年)
格隆匯4月25日丨同道獵聘(06100.HK)公吿,董事會謹此宣佈已於近日批准建議採納受限制股份計劃(2023年)。
受限制股份計劃(2023年)將通過受託人在二級市場按市場成交價購買現有股份。擬進行並採納的受限制股份計劃(2023年)僅以現有股份提供資金。根據上市規則第17章,受限制股份計劃(2023年)屬於股份計劃,須遵守上市規則第17.12條的相關披露規定。
然而,該計劃並不屬於上市規則第17章所述涉及發行新股的計劃。因此,採納該計劃毋須經過股東批准。
