華住集團-S(01179.HK):一季度平均可出租客房收入恢復至2019年水平的118%
格隆匯4月25日丨華住集團-S(01179.HK)宣佈2023年第一季度的酒店經營初步業績。
就公司的Legacy-Huazhu業務而言,公司於2023年第一季度的平均可出租客房收入恢復至2019年水平的118%。按月份細分,公司於2023年1月、2月及3月的平均可出租客房收入分別恢復至2019年水平的96%、140%及120%。業務的強勁復甦主要是由於2023年第一季度被壓抑的需求得到釋放,且主要受日均房價上升的推動。季度大部份的關店是由於去年疫情影響所導致的延遲關店。根據公司的"高質量精益增長"策略,公司亦對現有的待開業酒店數量進行了全面審查,並淘汰了較低質量的待開業酒店。這導致待開業酒店數量環比下降。隨着市場的復甦,公司的新簽約酒店數量迅速回升,於本季度達到670多家新酒店。
Steigenberger Hotels GmbH及其附屬公司"DH"或"Legacy-DH")繼續保持良好的業務復甦勢頭。2023年第一季度,混合平均可出租客房收入恢復至2019年水平的94%,主要受日均房價回升的推動。
