格隆匯4月25日丨阿爾特(300825.SZ)4月25日在投資者互動平台回覆，公司在第二十屆上海國際車展上展出了電磁式DHT、電磁離合器模塊、四合一動力總成、單檔兩級減速器、全新一代3.0T V6發動機等核心產品，各展品均有較多技術亮點：電磁式DHT採用平行軸斜齒輪，可靠性高，傳動效率高，更具燃油經濟性；作為全球首款採用電磁離合器的DHT產品，具有結構簡單，容易維護，執行可靠等優點。電磁離合器模塊是公司全球首創應於混動變速箱的牙嵌式電磁離合器，用最簡單可靠的機構實現客户需求的功能，無需液壓控制單元、油泵油濾系統、摩擦片等，成本較液壓離合器低20%；最快響應時間可低於0.2s，較傳統液壓離合器縮短近50%；模塊化設計，可維護性強，功率損失小；牙嵌式的設計傳扭，適用扭矩範圍更大。200kW電驅動四合一總成深度集成了驅動電機、變速器、域控制器，採用扁線油冷電機、SiC模塊逆變器和多介質熱交換器等先進技術，實現了總成高功率密度、高效率、高轉速/扭矩，電機峯值轉速可達18,000 rpm，平台功率可達170-220 kW@30s。整體重量輕、尺寸小，可以滿足客户的定製化需求，平台化的設計更能節省開發及生產週期。單檔兩級減速器產品結構簡單可靠、成本低；低噪音，高傳動效率，輕量化，並可選配駐車機構、電磁斷開機構，具有很強的定製性。全新一代3.0T V6發動機採用米勒循環、IEM及高效燃燒模型、高滾流比氣道等先進技術，配置雙電控渦輪增壓（VGT），最大功率提升至260kW，最大扭矩510N·m。可作為傳統動力、新能源HEV/PHEV混合動力的驅動單元，開發預留了多種燃料應用技術。發動機可適用於硬派越野、全尺寸皮卡、高性能轎車及新能源中巴、輕客，新能源商用車等高可靠性、高性能動力需求車型，目前已經獲得市場的認可。
