本週新股情況
本週(4月17日-4月21日)A股共5只新股完成申購（華原股份、晶合集成、三博腦科、經緯股份、海達爾）。
本週共11只新股上市（恒尚節能、頎中科技、中船特氣、北方長龍、迪爾化工、華曙高科、森泰股份、索辰科技、旺成科技、高華科技、光大同創），合計募資總額約137.88億元。
其中，頎中科技、中船特氣、索辰科技3家新股均募資超20億元，且均為半導體產業鏈企業。
就上市首日表現來看，高華科技、光大同創2家新股破發，恒尚節能升近60%，為表現最好的新股。
本週港交所無新股上市，但有2家招股（梅斯健康、珍酒李渡），另有1家通過上市聆訊（怡俊集團）、4家遞交招股書（喜相逢、邁越科技、漢隆集團、風華秋實）。
本週擬上市企業情況
本週IPO審核共6家企業，包括元豐電控、福爾達、常友科技、華一科技、博科測試、國科天成（創業板），均過會。
本週新增受理4家企業，包括創業板1家（美智光電）、2家科創板（艾柯醫療、愛科百發）、北交所1家（華夏電通）。
本週共10家企業註冊生效，包括科創板5家（西山科技、智翔金泰、萊斯信息、西高院、雙元科技）；創業板5家（恒工精密、豪江智能、朗坤環境、昊帆生物、美碩電氣）。
本週1家企業終止IPO，為科創板的福特科。
下週新股情況
截至發稿，A股下週（4月24日-28日）共披露5只新股申購計劃，其中包括萬豐股份（滬主板）；中芯集成、友車科技（科創板）；曼恩斯特（創業板）；巨能股份（北交所）。
下週IPO審核共6家企業，其中，創業板5家、北交所1家。
週一：無
週二：龍辰科技（北交所）上會
週三：渡遠户外、京磁股份（創業板）上會
週四：艾芬達、科騰精工、特創科技（創業板）上會
週五：無
值得一提的是，2023年4月21日，中國證監會對*ST紫晶、*ST澤達送達《行政處罰決定書》，認定兩公司存在欺詐發行等重大違法行為，已觸及重大違法退市標準。上交所當日啟動重大違法強制退市流程，向兩公司發出擬終止股票上市事先吿知書，並將在規定時間內作出終止上市決定。
證監會有關部門負責人表示，欺詐發行、財務造假等資本市場“毒瘤”嚴重損害廣大投資者合法權益，危及市場秩序和金融安全。中辦、國辦《關於依法從嚴打擊證券違法活動的意見》強調堅持“零容忍”要求，依法嚴厲查處證券違法犯罪案件，立體化打擊證券違法活動。我會堅決貫徹落實黨中央國務院對資本市場違法犯罪行為“零容忍”要求，推動對欺詐發行等違法犯罪行為實行行政、民事、刑事立體懲處，形成強力震懾。
