大行評級 | 花旗:越秀地產供股增購買機會,重申首選
格隆匯4月21日丨越秀地產(0123.HK)擬通過供股籌集83.6億港元,花旗發研報指,預期公司的負債率將於今年12月下降12%至47%,公司將蓬勃發展,其資產負債表亦將温和擴張,在長遠而言,越秀的盈利將能抵銷供股所帶來的稀釋,2023及2024財年的每股盈利預測分別稀釋14.5%及23.1%,予目標價14.2港元及“買入”評級,重申首選。該行表示,供股將會增加公司的購買機會,有助增加公司的市場份額,保持其競爭力,其2023財年的銷售或超出其原先目標的6%,料其第二季的表現強勁以及來自今年新增土地的貢獻。該股現報11.02港元,總市值341億港元。
