風華秋實六次遞表港交所：業務深度綁定鹿晗，2022年度營收9480萬元
格隆匯獲悉，音樂服務商風華秋實集團控股有限公司(下稱“風華秋實”)於2023年4月20日再次向港交所遞交上市申請。獨家保薦人為同人融資有限公司。據瞭解，公司曾分別於2021年1月22日、2021年9月27日、2021年11月15日、2022年4月1日、2022年10月12日五次遞表港交所。
公司是一家在中國經營超過10年的音樂娛樂服務供應商，主要專注於自主經營的授出音樂版權及音樂錄製業務，輔以演唱會主辦及製作及藝人管理業務，主輔業務彼此間互補。在李輝(創始人兼主席，在中國音樂娛樂行業中擁有20多年經驗)的領導下，公司在中國音樂娛樂行業逐漸建立了顯著的版圖。集團一直採用相互補充的業務模式，由三個主要分部組成，即授出音樂版權及錄製；演唱會主辦及製作；及藝人管理。旗下藝人包括鹿晗、黑豹樂隊等。
根據灼識諮詢報吿，按2022年中國授出音樂版權及音樂錄製產生的收益計，公司在400多間音樂唱片公司中排名第14位，市場份額約為0.6%，並在總部位於中國的200多間音樂唱片公司中排名第3位，市場份額約為1.5%。
業績方面，2020至2022年，公司收入分別為人民幣7056.1萬元，人民幣8185.8萬元及人民幣9484.5萬元，複合增長率為15.94%；公司擁有人應占年內溢利分別為人民幣4764.6萬元、人民幣3905.6萬元及人民幣3273.2萬元，同比逐年減少。
值得注意的是，於往績期間，公司依賴核心藝人鹿晗先生，因為通過鹿晗集團為公司貢獻了大部分收益及採購成本。於往績期間，鹿晗直接應占收益金額分別為約人民幣1500萬元、人民幣760萬元及人民幣1530萬元，分別佔集團總收益約21.2%、9.3%及16.2%。來自鹿晗集團的總採購額分別佔集團於2020財年、2021財年及2022財年的總採購成本的約29.5%、16.1%及7.9%
