中國生態旅遊(01371.HK)：成功中標系統和投注站管理服務項目
格隆匯4月19日丨中國生態旅遊(01371.HK)布，公司兩家附屬公司北京貝英斯數碼技術有限公司("貝英斯數碼")及廣州洛圖終端技術有限公司("廣州洛圖")近日分別於《廣東省電腦福利彩票銷售管理系統技術服務採購項目》("項目一")和《廣州市福利彩票投注站銷售片區綜合管理服務站服務商項目(2023年)》("項目二")成功中標。
按照項目一的要求，貝英斯數碼將為廣東省福利彩票發行中心("廣東福彩")提供電腦福利彩票銷售管理系統和廣東福彩官方網站的運行維護及新功能、新業務的技術開發工作。這是貝英斯數碼連續第五次中標廣東福彩的系統服務項目，至今貝英斯數碼已連續為廣東福彩服務23年。本次系統服務項目，除了對原有系統的優化以外，新增了網點管理、星級評定管理等模塊的開發，實現與投注站相關的銷售終端、地域、代銷者、銷售員的電子檔案管理，支持站點的星級評定管理和扶持資金管理，以滿足彩票中心對健全銷售渠道、優化渠道佈局的要求。
按照項目二的要求，廣州洛圖將為廣州市福彩中心的銷售網點提供服務管理工作，包括：(1)負責銷售網點即開票銷售的各項服務，涵蓋即開票物流配送、市場開發、巡查監督、站點培訓、銷售促進、物料配送、信息收集等工作；(2)負責電腦型福利彩票銷售網點的物料配送、網點經營狀態、消防安全管理、形象建設、行為規範等巡查反映以及各類專項業務輔助工作；及(3)負責銷售網點的即開票銷售終端、電腦票銷售終端、接入終端、顯示屏、通信設備等的安裝、保養、維修和更換服務。
廣東省是中國最大的省級彩票市場，2022年實現銷售人民幣442.5億元，佔中國總體彩票市場的10%，比2021年同期增長17%。近年，集團附屬公司陸續中標廣東福彩銷售終端項目、廣東福彩電腦票銷售管理系統項目以及廣東體彩終端機等項目，成就了國內彩票行業省級規模最大、銷量最高的成功案例。
渠道是彩票事業穩固發展的基石，建構新的渠道生態體系是近幾年福利彩票和體育彩票兩大機構的工作重點。集團近日成功中標的兩個項目，有已持續服務多年的技術系統，也有新晉的投注站綜合管理服務項目。可以看到，集團彩票業務在技術系統、終端設備、遊戲產品的基礎上，已進一步拓展至彩票業務的"毛細血管"——投注站，直接面向彩票銷售站點人員和用户，從而為彩票機構提供"技術系統＋終端設備＋遊戲產品＋渠道服務管理"的全產品、全價值鏈的服務。未來，集團將繼續深耕市場，為中國彩票事業的持續發展做貢獻。
