《大行報告》美銀證券料濠賭股今年首季EBITDA復甦 達2019年末季40%水平
美銀證券發表報告指,預料濠賭股今年首季EBITDA復甦,錄得9.79億美元,回到2019年末季40%水平。
該行預料,美高梅中國(02282.HK)今年首季經調整物業EBITDA錄1.58億美元,並有機會成為濠賭股之中,錄得最佳的EBITDA增長復甦,較其2019年末季的79%水平,同時給予其目標價為14元,以及維持其評級為「買入」。
美銀證券預測,金沙中國(01928.HK)今年首季經調整物業EBITDA錄2.81億美元,回到2019年末季的35%水平,並給予其目標價為33.3元,維持「買入」評級。
另外,該行預計,新濠博亞(MLCO.US)今年首季經調整物業EBITDA則錄1.7億美元,回到2019年末季的42%水平,並給予其目標價為17.4美元,維持「買入」評級。
