鼎豐集團汽車(06878.HK)擬配售最多14.42億股 最高淨籌約2億港元
格隆匯4月17日丨鼎豐集團汽車(06878.HK)公佈,於2023年4月17日,公司擬向不少於六名承配人配售最多合共14.42億股新股,佔經擴大後公司股份約16.67%,每股配售價為0.140港元。
假設所有配售股份均獲悉數配售,配售所得款項總額及所得款項淨額將分別約為2.018億港元及1.954億港元,佔淨髮行價約每股配售股份0.136港元。公司擬將所得款項淨額(i)約1億港元用作償還未付債務;及(ii)約9540萬港元用作集團的一般營運資金。
