發生了什麼？融創復牌第一天，兩大執行董事辭任！都是公司20年老將
4月13日剛剛復牌的$融創中國(01918.HK)$兩位高管突然離職。
復牌首日融創兩位高管離職
昨日，有消息傳出，融創中國執行董事商羽失聯。
當天下午，融創中國發布人事變動公告。公告顯示，遲迅、商羽因集團內部工作分工及職責調整，已辭任公司執行董事，自2023年4月13日起生效。
融創中國表示，遲迅及商羽均已向公司確認，他們與董事會並無意見分歧，也沒有關於他們辭任的其他事宜須提請公司股東或香港聯合交易所有限公司垂注。
有媒體注意到，目前，融創中國的官網上已沒有遲迅、商羽的相關信息。而在4月6日發佈的2023年3月未經審覈營運數據時，公司執行董事名單中，還有遲迅、商羽。
資料顯示，商羽於2003年加入融創中國，2003年至2004年，擔任融創奧城及重慶奧林匹克花園置業副總經理。自2006年起，商羽擔任重慶奧林匹克花園置業總經理。在辭任之前，商羽擔任融創中國執行董事、執行總裁、西南區域公司總裁。
遲迅於2004年加入融創中國，2004年至2005年，擔任融創置地有限公司副總經理。自2005年起，擔任融創置地有限公司總經理。在辭任之前，遲迅擔任融創中國執行董事、執行總裁、華北區域公司總裁。
復牌首日大跌超55%
昨日是融創中國停牌1年後首日復牌，股價大跌超55%。
3月28日，融創中國發布公告，針對90.48億美元的境外債務重組，已與境外債權人小組訂立重組支持協議，擬就境外重組方案向現有債務持有人尋求更廣泛的支持，重組方案包括可轉換債券、強制可轉換債券、轉換爲部分融創服務股權、置換新票據等。
3月29日，融創中國召開境外債務重組說明會。融創中國董事會主席孫宏斌在說明會上坦言，公司出現流動性困難，主要是因爲追求規模的慣性讓公司在投資上過於樂觀和激進，在管理上也存在授權過於下放等問題，導致安全墊不夠厚，沒能經受住這一輪考驗。
不過，對於公司整體問題的逐步解決和業務逐步恢復正常，孫宏斌表示非常有信心。他認爲，一方面政府出臺了很多支持整體經濟發展和支持房地產行業穩定的政策，大的外界環境在持續的改善，有利於公司不斷化解風險、解決問題；另一方面也是基於公司自身的資產質量和品牌，以及堅韌和努力的團隊。
融創中國執行董事兼行政總裁汪孟德在說明會上介紹了公司的核心工作。他表示，過去一年，公司有兩個工作重心，一是全力保交付和基本運營，另一個是保價值，不再低價處置核心資產，這使得公司有一個好的恢復基礎，目前各項工作都取得了積極的進展：積極推動整體債務重組工作，大約160億人民幣的境內債重組已於2022年底順利完成，是目前出險房企中極少數率先完成的公司。
值得注意的是，去年年報虧損有所收窄，當前虧損主要是因物業計提減值造成的“浮虧”，預計不會對現金流和企業經營帶來影響，且計提減值普遍出現在房企2022年財報中，如果市場環境有所回暖，這部分可轉變爲淨利。
