迅銷(06288.HK)上半財年營收同比增20.4%至1.47萬億日圓 明日復牌
格隆匯4月13日丨迅銷(06288.HK)公佈中期業績，截至2023年2月28日止六個月，公司2023財政年度上半年度綜合收益總額為14,673億日圓(較上年度同期增長20.4%)，綜合經營溢利總額為2,202億日圓(同比增長16.4%)，錄得收益及經營溢利雙雙大幅增長，刷新歷史最高業績紀錄。公司繼上年度指出已進入「收益支柱多樣化」後，持續加強品牌建設、力求提供符合顧客所需商品之際傳達各個商品的價值，同時加速擴展新店步伐，目前已取得顯着成果。尤其是東南亞、北美、歐洲的UNIQLO(優衣庫)業務及GU(極優)業務，均錄得收益及經營溢利雙雙大幅增長，業績表現強勁。毛利率同比下降1.1個百分點，錄得50.5%。銷售、一般及行政開支對收益比率同比改善0.3個百分點，錄得35.7%。融資收入及成本項目錄得淨102億日圓的收入。這主要是因為相比上年度同期，債券投資規模擴大、利息收入增加之故。這使得上半年度所得税前溢利為2,304億日圓(同比增長8.4%)，母公司擁有人應占溢利為1,533億日圓(同比增長4.5%)。
集團為了「成為全球第一品牌」，在持續擴展事業的同時，兼顧並行可持續發展，致力於(1)生產以顧客為本的商品、(2)加速在全球開設門店、(3)構建門店與網路商店一體融合的購物體驗、(4)解決地球環境及社會領域的各項議題。尤其是海外UNIQLO(優衣庫)事業分部成為集團業績成長支柱，該分部下各個市場均大力加速開店步伐及強化網路商店業務。其中，已成功樹立品牌地位的大中華地區以及東南亞、南亞及大洋洲地區(包括東南亞、印度及澳洲各市場)，將致力維持該地位，以持續擴大業務。北美、歐洲今後亦將透過加強營銷措施，大力推廣集團所提出的「Life Wear服適人生」理念，加速開設新門店，以圖進一步擴大業務規模。同時，為了建構可持續發展的社會，將忠實基於「Life Wear服適人生」理念進行服裝生產活動。努力追求提供優質耐穿的服裝、在減輕地球負擔、健康安全的勞動環境中生產的服裝，以及銷售後仍可回收再利用的可循環服裝。
此外，公司將向聯交所申請自2023年4月14日(星期五)上午九時正起恢復買賣香港預託證券。
