恆隆(00101.HK)夥清華大學推動全國房地產可持續發展研究及人才培養
恆隆地產(00101.HK)宣布與清華大學進一步深化合作,聚焦於可持續發展領域產學研工作、地產科技的創新應用和人才培養。
同時,公司將向清華大學教師及研究生啟動「房地產可持續發展」研究倡議及畢業論文支持計劃,發放研究經費,資助綠色建築、健康建築、低碳發展、數字化賦能等創新性研究,推動研究成果的實踐應用。
恆隆地產與清華大學於2010年成立「清華大學恆隆房地產研究中心」,至今恆隆已向清華大學教育基金會捐贈逾3,300萬元人民幣,用於促進清華大學房地產學科的建設發展及支持中心開展學術研究與交流。
