《大行報告》麥格理下調京東(09618.HK)目標價至205元 評級「跑贏大市」
麥格理發表評級報告指,京東(09618.HK)短期增長疲弱,但利潤穩定,認為行業正朝著更合理化市場的方向發展,而對收益的影響有限。該行料京東零售今年首季及全年的收入增長分別按年跌4.6%及按年升1.4%,同時其利潤率大致上維持穩定在3.6%(相對2022年3.7%)。
該行將公司今年及明年收入預測分別下調8%及14%,同時將非通用會計準則淨利潤預測下調10%及14%,並將其目標價下調38%至205元,維持「跑贏大市」評級。(ca/u)
