內地多品牌鮮果集團洪九果品(06689.HK)宣布折讓20%配股,該股扭轉過去兩日升勢,今日(12日)低開1.7%後跌幅擴大,最低見23.3元創逾兩個月低。現報23.4元,跌20.7%,成交209.29萬股,涉資5,133.42萬元。
公司宣布配售最多1,496萬股,佔擴大後H股約1.58%,每股配售價23.6元,較昨日(11日)收市價29.5元折讓約20%;配售事項淨集資約3.45億元,擬將用於強化水果供應鏈及補充流動資金。
同業百果園集團(02411.HK)兩連跌,現跌2.5%,報5.92元,成交42萬股,涉247萬元。
