谷歌因排擠競爭對手被南韓罰款3,200萬美元
南韓對谷歌罰款3,200萬美元,因谷歌利用流動應用程式商店Google Play的影響力來排擠競爭對手,試圖阻止南韓競爭對手平台One Store的業務發展。
據稱,谷歌要求包括NCSoft及Netmarble等的南韓主要遊戲公司,以及較小的中國公司在Play Store獨家發布其新遊戲,以換取谷歌在海外推廣其遊戲。
南韓公平貿易委員會稱,谷歌的行徑非正常營銷活動,其意圖是將One Store排除在市場之外。谷歌反駁稱,Google Play是一個開放平台,不會阻止來自其他應用程式商店的競爭。
