《大行報告》高盛下調中國建材(03323.HK)目標價至13.5元 評級「買入」
高盛發表報告指,中國建材(03323.HK)正在採取關鍵的戰略措施,以擴大和加速發展新材料部門,令公司未來幾年內由傳統的水泥生產商轉為更加多元化的材料公司。該行預計這將推動中國建材2022年至2025年盈利複合年均增長率超過30%。
該行認為中國建材目前的估值尚未反映其結構性變化,並且認為市場低估了其在戰略制定和資本項目紀律方面的作用。該行重申對中國建材「買入」評級(維持「確信買入」名單),目標價由14.3元降至13.5元。
