《內地樓市》貝殼研究院:內地首季新房市場溫和復甦 短期不確定性加大
貝殼研究院發布一季度新房市場報告監測顯示,2023年第一季度新房案場指數溫和修復,客戶看房熱情有所改善。在經歷連續兩個月上漲後,3月新房案場指數已超過去一年平均水平,但仍處於較冷與均衡狀態的邊界,距離2021年的較熱狀態還有不小差距。對比二手帶看熱度來看,新房整體修復節奏慢及強度低。
從市場成交前瞻性指標來看,3月新房案場指數和成交量KMI出現調整,並於3月最後一周回落至市場臨界狀態,顯示市場熱度降低,經紀人對未來成交信心減弱,短期內市場不確定性加大。
