東正金融(02718.HK)擬發行額外H股 續停牌
東正金融(02718.HK)公布,自2022年10月7日暫停買賣H股,公司整體業務營運於所有重大方面基本保持正常。
公司又指,現擬通過向投資者發行額外H股恢復其公眾持股量,包括已制定恢復公司公眾持股量的工作計劃、已就有關建議發行額外H股與相關監管機關進行初步討論,其目前正與專業顧問密切合作以準備所需資料;及就建議發行額外H股一直接觸並將繼續接觸潛在投資者。
公司指,該H股自2022年10月7日上午九時正起已暫停買賣,將繼續暫停買賣,直至另行通知。
