中信股份(00267.HK)完成分拆中信金屬(601061.SH)A股上市
中信股份(00267.HK)公布,完成分拆其間接全資附屬中信金屬股份(601061.SH)A股上市,中信金屬股份已於昨日(10日)在上交所主板掛牌,發行股數逾5.01億股,佔擴大後總股本10.23%,每股發行價為6.58元人民幣(下同),募集資金淨額約31.94億元。
緊隨A股發行及上市完成後,中信金屬股份變為公司的間接非全資附屬,由公司間接持有中信金屬股份89.77%的權益,而中信金屬股份的財務業績仍將繼續合併於公司之財務報表內。
