澳門酒店旅業商會:復活節期間酒店入住率料達九成
《澳門日報》報道,澳門酒店旅業商會理事長盧志良表示,復活節檔期房價已貼近疫情前水平,預料入住率達80%至90%,因到訪旅客量持續上升,加上大部分旅客都希望留宿過夜,復活節檔期酒店預訂有60%至70%,臨近假期或有更多旅客來澳,預料酒店入住率可達80%至90%。
他稱,由於人手短缺,酒店房間供應量較以往減少,導致房價相對上升,並且已貼近疫情前水平,預計隨著人手逐漸上升,加上再有新酒店落成,估計供求問題有望紓緩,屆時房價或會調整。
