《大行報告》瑞銀下調國壽(02628.HK)目標價至18.7元 評級「買入」
瑞銀髮表報告指出,國壽(02628.HK)去年新業務價值下跌20%,純利跌37%,遜該行及市場預期。意味着儘管截至去年底代理人數跌10%至66.8萬人,但可能受疫情影響,公司去年下半年新業務價值跌31%。至於期內純利下跌主要由於投資(公允價值損失和聯營公司)。每股末期息49分,派息率達43%,相對於去年爲36%。
該行看好國壽的新業務價值增長前景,對今年新業務價值預測由跌3%上調至增長2%,對其目標價由19.2元下調至18.7元,維持「買入」評級。
