格隆匯3月31日丨新濠國際發展(00200.HK)發佈公吿,2022年,淨收益為105.7億港元,較2021年度的156.4億港元減少50.7億港元或32.4%。淨收益減少主要可歸因於中國澳門及中國內地於年內實施的2019冠狀病毒病旅遊限制以及位於中國澳門的娛樂場於七月受到政府強制暫時關閉,導致娛樂場及酒店營運的表現於2022年度回軟。集團於2022年度錄得負值經調整EBITDA為3.62億港元,而2021年度則錄得經調整EBITDA為15.4億港元。
