遠洋服務(06677.HK):2022年擁有人應占溢利減少83%至7540萬元
格隆匯3月31日丨遠洋服務(06677.HK)發佈公吿,2022年,收入較2021年增長約10%至人民幣32.7億元;毛利較2021年減少約7%至人民幣7.69億元;毛利率約為24%,較2021年下降約4個百分點。公司擁有人應占溢利較2021年減少約83%至人民幣7540萬元。減少主要歸因於考慮到中國的整體房地產市場低迷,於採取保守方式情況下對應收關聯方款項計提作出的減值撥備大幅增加;及2022年度整體毛利率下降。董事局欣然建議以現金派發期末股息每股股份人民幣0.123元(摺合每股股份0.141港元)。
截至2022年12月31日,物業管理服務的總合約建築面積為1.498億平方米,總在管建築面積為1.008億平方米,分別較2021年12月31日增長約42%及37%。
