工行(01398.HK):內房貸款風險可控
工行(01398.HK)去年房地產業貸款不良率為6.14%,較2021年末上升1.35個百分點。副行長王景武表示,去年房地產市場調整,令房地產行業貸款不良率上升,惟房地產業貸款佔比較低,相關風險可控。
他指,從信貸資產結構來看,內地房地產各項貸款總量中佔比較低,不會對全行資產質量產生大的影響,且風險貸款都相應計提了充足的撥備,能充分覆蓋損失和風險。同時,隨著經濟復甦和樓市支持政策推進,為今年內房營運帶來支持,亦對該行資產質素有利。
王景武續指,今年客戶對信貸資金需求仍然較大,將持續加大信貸投放,推動貸款總量穩健增長。
