金沙中國(01928.HK)王英偉:數碼人民幣對博彩業非壞事
據澳門傳媒《亞博匯》報道,金沙中國(01928.HK)總裁兼執行董事王英偉表示,數碼人民幣對澳門博彩業並不是一件壞事,將可更容易將人民幣兌換成港幣,認為現時內地旅客在澳門自櫃員機提款是要面容識別,這大致上已是數碼化。
他續指,如果數碼人民幣在澳門成為法定貨幣,內地客戶將能夠直接將數碼人民幣用於娛樂場,而無需通過將人民幣兌換成港幣現金並再轉換回人民幣的常規操作。
另外他提到,澳門經濟已經回恢復至疫情前的六至七成,公司將繼續實行投資承諾,但在澳門經營五星級酒店的成本高昂,加上澳門已經不再批出土地讓承批公司發展,意味著不可能再興建任何渡假村或會展項目,因此澳門的其中一個出路是在橫琴,目前橫琴已具備基礎建設,因此所面臨的挑戰將是人、資金及交通。
