建行(00939.HK)首席風險官:推二手房「帶押過戶」貸款服務
建設銀行(00939.HK)(601939.SH)首席風險官程遠國在2022年度業績發布會上表示,住房金融一直是建設銀行的傳統優勢領域。建行圍繞穩地價、穩房價、穩預期目標,在防範重大風險的前提下加大對優質房企的支持力度,推動房地產業向新模式平穩過渡。面對提前還款增加的情況,建行多措並舉,統籌做好客戶服務和業務拓展,促進按揭貸款穩步發展。
具體包括:促進按揭貸款規模合理增長。在一手房方面,加強公私協同聯動,強化與重點企業的戰略合作;在二手房方面,持續推進與優質中介的協同直聯,提升效率,增強線上獲客能力,推出二手房「帶押過戶」貸款服務等,減少操作環節,降低交易成本,提升服務效率。
建行行長張金良在會上表示,建設銀行非常重視零售信貸發展,個人貸款佔總貸款的比重接近39%。今年將抓住市場回暖機遇,進一步加大零售信貸投放力度,保持零售信貸第一大行的市場地位。同時,建行將從增收和降本兩個方面來提高效益。在增收方面,要穩住淨利息收入大盤,會持續加大對實體經濟的支持力度,保持信貸投放和債券投資的合理增長,相信資本充足率可以支撐資產平穩較快增長。在成本方面,將加強全面成本管理,聚焦資金成本、經營成本和信貸成本,實現降本增效。
此外,張金良提到,2023年要加強全面風險管理,尤其是要深刻汲取歐美銀行近期危機事件教訓,進一步優化風險治理體系,加強市場研判,動態優化調整表內外資產配置策略,管理好風險敞口,統籌防控好信用風險、流動性風險和市場風險,確保經得起經濟周期和市場波動的考驗,做好國家金融穩定的壓艙石。
