澳能建設(01183.HK)：2022財年收入上升47.1%至13億澳門元
格隆匯3月30日丨澳能建設(01183.HK)發佈公吿，2022年年內，集團收入上升47.1%至13億澳門元，來自鋼結構業務的收入達6.16億澳門元(2021財年：無)，佔公司整體收入45.9%。截至2022年12月31日，集團建設業務及鋼結構業務的在手未完成合約總價值分別為7.43億澳門元及4.88億澳門元(2021財年：無)。
建設業務方面，集團與客户繼續保持良好的合作關係，年內獲授若干大型建設與裝修工程項目、機電工程項目及設施管理服務項目，包括(其中計有)(i)為一間酒店綜合體的咖啡廳及走廊提供裝修及機械、電氣及管道工程，(ii)為新城A區B4地段公營房屋單位上蓋結構工程提供空調及通風系統，(iii)為路氹一個綜合渡假村內一間酒店綜合體的平台、塔樓及劇院主體結構提供結構工程，提供及安裝防火捲簾、隔煙幕、捲簾及防火門，提供機械、通風及空調系統工程，提供電力安裝勞務及配件。年內，集團並獲續約期為兩年的設施管理服務協議及擴展一份設施管理服務協議的工作範圍，新增項目合約總價值約5.7億澳門元。
鋼結構業務方面，公司的間接非全資附屬公司澳能國際於2022年7月成功投得廣東江門市新會區古井鎮一塊土地，面積約為6.6萬平方米，總代價為人民幣4270萬元，以成立及經營生產廠房，製造及╱或加工集團日常業務過程中建設與裝修工程通常使用的鋼結構部件，以及成立及經營研發及生產基地，以開發其他新能源業務的新材料及設備。截至本公吿日期，廠房正在施工，預計於2023年第三季度投產。
電動汽車業務方面，公司的間接全資附屬公司，自由充(澳門)有限公司(“自由充”)年內已訂約承接澳門漁人碼頭及多個住宅及商業樓宇電動汽車充電項目，為停車位的業主及╱或租户訂立獨立合約，提供電動汽車充電服務。此外，自由充與位於澳門的多間房地產管理公司簽訂諒解備忘錄，擬為其管理的澳門住宅樓宇及╱或商業樓宇及╱或購物中心提供設計、供應、安裝、運營及維護電動汽車充電系統。
