格隆匯3月30日丨天津銀行(01578.HK)發佈2022年度業績公吿,2022年,實現營業收入人民幣157.6億元,同比下降10.9%。歸屬以本行權益持有人本年利潤人民幣35.65億元,同比增長11.5%,基本及攤薄後每股盈利人民幣0.59元。憑藉良好的資產質量管理,在營業收入減少的情況下,實現淨利潤人民幣35.6億元,同比增長10.9%;ROA和ROE分別為0.48%和6.03%,同比分別增長0.02和0.26個百分點。
截至報吿期末,不良貸款餘額人民幣63.0億元,較上年末下降21.7%,其中公司客户不良貸款餘額人民幣38.9億元,較上年末下降29.9%;不良貸款率1.84%,較上年末下降0.57個百分點。報吿期內計提減值損失人民幣75.2億元,利用撥備核銷不良貸款人民幣74.3億元。撥備覆蓋率159.27%,資本充足率12.80%,滿足監管要求。
