格隆匯3月30日丨景業名邦集團(02231.HK)公吿,截至2022年12月31日止年度全年業績,年度合約銷售額約為人民幣20.6億元,同比下降51.0%;合約銷售總建築面積為198,000平方米,較2021年減少40.7%。已確認收益為人民幣5.13億元,同比減少74.9%。公司擁有人應占虧損為人民幣7.2億元,而2021年公司擁有人應占溢利為人民幣2.16億元。每股基本及攤薄虧損為人民幣0.44元,而2021年每股基本及攤薄盈利為人民幣0.13元。
於2022年12月31日,集團擁有總共約3.9百萬平方米的土地儲備。截至2022年物業總接管户數:9,790户;總接管面積:136.5萬平方米;2022年當年新增接管户數3,478户,新增接管面積28.44萬平方米。
物業企業資源管理系統(ERP)-天問系統正式運行後,物業中心各模組相關管理,如:收費管理、物業報事管理和品質管控系統都轉為線上管控,效率更高。更好地梳理各項目日常管理的各項內容,加強項目日常物業管理,優化物業中心管理。組織開展物業助理業務技能提升培訓專場。針對人員縮編及項目人員變動,對主要為客人提供服務的客服物業助理進行專場培訓,培訓涉及專業知識制度的講解、日常訴求案例分析、服務技巧及解決問題技巧進行專場培訓。
卓都物業2022年初開始接管開發項目園林種植工作,涉及項目有景業帽峯小鎮和肇慶景業壹方天地,大大為公司節約園林種植成本。
延續穩健基調,盤活存量資產,做強產品力、交付力。2022年年底,中國官方已經開始"救市"行動,先後出台"第三支箭"及"樓市金融十六條"等重大金融調控,有利於提振購房買家信心,保證房地產的健康運行。同時,防疫政策的優化亦為後續經濟恢復、修復行業信心提供基礎條件。
