格隆匯3月29日丨陽光保險(06963.HK)公吿,截至2022年12月31日止年度,公司全年實現總收入1,285.8億元,同比增長7.2%。內含價值1,012.7億元,較上年末增長8.0%。歸屬母公司股東的淨利潤48.8億元。陽光人壽新單期繳保費收入147.5億元,同比增長9.3%;一年新業務價值30.2億元,同比實現正增長。陽光財險保費收入403.8億元,承保實現盈利。2022年末,集團有效客户數約3,288萬。
陽光人壽代理人渠道堅持高質量轉型發展,實施差異化管理與隊伍分層經營,提升隊伍分客羣經營能力,致力於打造與客羣相匹配的代理人團隊。2022年,代理人渠道實現總保費收入158.1億元,同比增長4.8%,其中新單期繳保費收入29.3億元,同比增長6.7%。人均產能約1.4萬元,同比增長13.9%。達到MDRT標準的人數同比增長31.4%。代理人渠道堅持隊伍結構優化,推動優增優育,實施新人客户經營項目,提升新人客户經營能力,實現隊伍的健康發展與轉型。2022年,新人人均產能約1.1萬元,同比提升13.1%。
同時,自2020年以來,陽光人壽實施中心城市、省會城區突破項目,在一二線城市,全力打造了一支可服務中高淨值客羣的過千人的精英銷售隊伍。2022年,該隊伍大專及以上學歷佔比超過80%,人均產能約3.0萬元,是整體代理人隊伍的2.1倍。
2022年,銀保渠道實現總保費收入453.0億元,同比增長16.0%,其中新單期繳保費收入113.1億元,同比增長14.9%。網均產能約6.6萬元,同比增長24.7%。
陽光人壽堅持以客户為中心的經營理念,圍繞客户家庭全生命週期,實施縱橫計劃,不斷完善保險+服務產品及生態服務體系建設。截至2022年末,有效客户數1,495萬。與此同時,通過深入洞察客户需求,在中高端客户經營上取得一定突破,有效保單累計首年標準保費15萬及以上的客户數增長28.3%,有效保單累計首年標準保費5萬及以上的客户數增長18.5%。
陽光人壽業務品質持續優化,保費繼續率有所提升。2022年13個月保費繼續率90.5%,同比提升3.5個百分點;25個月保費繼續率78.5%,同比提升1.8個百分點。
