中國萬天控股(01854.HK)盈警:預計年度淨虧損2700萬港元
格隆匯3月29日丨中國萬天控股(01854.HK)發佈公吿,截至2023年3月31日止年度,預計集團將錄得約2700萬港元的淨虧損,而截至2022年3月31日止年度則錄得約1100萬港元的淨虧損。
董事會認為,本年度淨虧損的預期增加主要由於隨集團於大灣區設立總部並拓展大灣區業務而增加約700萬港元的行政及薪金開支;增加約300萬港元的應收賬款減值虧損;及於本年度就有關公司的購股權計劃項下授出購股權而確認約600萬港元的購股權費用所至。
