美國矽谷銀行獲第一公民銀行接手，美銀行股上漲帶動道指升194點或0.6%。港股早市上升。恆指高開120點，初段曾升229點見19,796點，其後曾倒跌8點見19,559點，半日升139點或0.7%，報19,707點；國指升46點或0.7%，報6,695點；恆生科技指數升21點或0.5%，報4,127點。大市半日成交總額519億元，滬、深港通南下交易淨流入13.63億及9.83億元人民幣。
金融股造好，匯控(00005.HK)升1.5%報52.45元，渣打(02888.HK)升2%報58.3元，港交所(00388.HK)平收報333.2元，友邦(01299.HK)升1.9%報82.1元。內險股財險(02328.HK)去年純利增19%及增派末期息，股價彈高10.4%。內銀股民行(01988.HK)去年純利增2.6%，每10股派2.14元人民幣，半日股價升1.1%。
科技股方面，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)跌1.6%報83.9元，騰訊(00700.HK)升4.1%報377.6元，美團(03690.HK)升0.5%，京東(09618.HK)及網易(09999.HK)升1.1%及1.7%。百度(09888.HK)據報推「文心千帆」企業級大模型平台，股價升0.7%。軟銀減持商湯(00020.HK)1.9億股套現逾5億元，商湯跌2.8%。微博(09898.HK)、金山雲(03896.HK)及阿里健康(00241.HK)跌2.9%至4.3%。網龍(00777.HK)去年純利跌22%，半日股價跌14.6%。
電動車股零跑(09863.HK)股價炒升15.1%。電池股超威動力(00951.HK)去年純利跌19%減派末期息，半日股價跌8.8%。
消費股方面，康師傅(00322.HK)預告加大投資引發市場憂慮減價戰，美銀關注其派息可持續性，康師傅跌11.3%報12.58元，同業統一企業中國(00220.HK)亦跌4%。電影相關股阿里影業(01060.HK)及貓眼娛樂(01896.HK)各跌3%及5.9%。
綠城中國(03900.HK)去年核心利潤增11%，早市股價升5.4%。同業越秀地產(00123.HK)升4.7%。海螺水泥(00914.HK)去年純利跌52%，早市股價升1.1%。鋼鐵股鞍鋼(00347.HK)升4.5%。
富豪產業信託(01881.HK)去年可供分派收入跌34%，半日單位價格跌11.5%報1.16元。優品360(02360.HK)49%股權落實易手招商局涉資8.6億元，招商局海通按例提出強制性全面要約，每股作價較上交易日折讓29.3%，優品360股價跌14.4%報2.13元。
