移卡(09923.HK)公佈年度業績：經調整EBITDA達2.13億元，GMV總量同比大增7.3倍
格隆匯3月27日丨移卡(09923.HK)公佈，截至2022年12月31日止年度，公司收入為人民幣34.18億元，同比增長11.8%；毛利為人民幣10.31億元，同比增長26.6%；毛利率則由26.6%提升至30.2%；公司權益持有人應占期內利潤為人民幣1.54億元。
報吿期內，來自一站式支付服務的收入同比增加21.4%，主要由於(i)GPV總量同比增加5.1%至人民幣22,316億元；(ii)費率由10.7個基點增至12.3個基點。來自到店電商服務的收入同比增加139.0%，主要是由於(i)來自客户的訂單數於2022年度接近3700萬筆，同比增長305.0%；及(ii)GMV總量由人民幣4億元增至人民幣33億元，同比增長733.1%。
2022年反映公司核心經營業績和財務表現的經調整EBITDA為人民幣2.13億元，佔比較2021年增長73.0%，儘管公司於2022年持續投入到店電商業務，到店電商服務於2022年的虧損淨額為人民幣2.11億元，並由2022年上半年的人民幣1.59億元顯著收窄至2022年下半年的人民幣5190萬元，原因是營運效率提升及規模效應。此外，到店電商服務的毛利率由2021年的35.9%提升至2022年的67.3%。
公吿稱，儘管有新型冠狀病毒疫情和全球經濟不確定性帶來的影響，公司的戰略定位及三條業務線之間的強大協同效應確保了穩健的增長及強勁的盈利能力。值得注意的是，公司的業務和線下商業活動息息相關，而線下商業活動大幅波動。儘管如此，公司繼續擴展在全國範圍內的線下支付，將公司的業務滲透至超過300個城市。以公司支付業務為核心，我們通過商業數字化生態系統的變現為中小型商户及其消費者提供額外的增值服務，公司生態中的業務包括一站式支付、到店電商及商户解決方案服務。
