《內地樓市》中國金茂擬6.5億人幣掛牌轉讓與陽光城合資項目公司50%股權
據北京產權交易所消息,中國金茂擬掛牌轉讓泉州振茂房地產有限公司50%股權,轉讓底價6.5億元人民幣(下同)。其中,明勤有限公司擬轉讓33%股權、北京興茂置業有限公司擬轉讓17%股權,中國中化已批准該產權轉讓行為。
披露信息顯示,泉州振茂房地產成立於2018年4月18日,註冊資本13億元,經營範圍包括房地產開發經營等。該標的企業由陽光城(000671.SZ)旗下公司廈門陽光泉順房地產開發有限公司持股50%,由中國金茂合並持有50%。
