浙商銀行(02016.HK):建議發行不超1000億元人民幣金融債券
格隆匯3月27日丨浙商銀行(02016.HK)發佈公吿,董事會已決議通過,在取得股東於即將到來的2022年年度股東大會批准的前提下,擬發行不超過人民幣1000億元金融債券。額度有效期自年度股東大會批准本次發行人民幣金融債券議案之日起至2024年12月底有效。
金融債券類型及籌集資金用途包括但不限於:(i)普通金融債,用於優化負債結構;(ii)小微企業專項金融債,用於發放小微企業貸款;(iii)綠色金融債,用於綠色產業項目,綠色產業項目範圍可以參考中國金融學會綠色金融專業委員會編制的《綠色債券支持項目目錄》;(iv)創新創業金融債,用於發放創新創業領域貸款;及(v)三農專項金融債,用於發放涉農貸款。
