中廣核新能源(01811.HK)擬掛牌出售附屬南通美亞所有股權
中廣核新能源(01811.HK)公布,全資附屬Meiya Electric擬透過於上海聯合產權交易所的公開招標程序,出售其於南通美亞持有的所有股權。
公司將於明日(22日)在上海聯交所網站初步披露與潛在出售事項相關的資料。預期公開招標會於20個工作日後開始。目前,潛在出售事項的招標價格尚未確定。
公司指出,鑑於南通美亞的業務表現因地區政府的環境保護措施及熱電聯產規劃的變化而下降,故擬出售該公司,而潛在出售事項亦有助於實現資源優化及精簡集團的架構,從而進一步發展集團的核心業務。
