格隆匯3月20日丨第一共和銀行(FRC.US)盤前跌29.48%,報16.24美元。第一共和銀行股價17日收盤重挫33%,周跌幅達到71.92%。消息面上,第一共和銀行正在談判通過發行新股從其他銀行或私募籌集資金,此舉旨在增強其財務狀況。兩名知情人士説,任何交易的條款都仍在討論中。其中一名知情人士説,該銀行也有可能全部出售。安聯首席經濟顧問Mohamed El-Erian表示,美國現在承認中等規模的地區性銀行至關重要,我們必須關注第一共和銀行。在評級被標普全球下調至垃圾級數天後,第一共和銀行當地時間週日再次被該評級機構降級。標普宣佈,將該行的長期發行人信用評級從BB+下調至B+。標普上週三將第一共和銀行評級降至垃圾級,即從A-下調至BB+。
