綠城管理控股(09979.HK)2022年度淨利增31.7%至7.45億元 擬派息每股0.38元

格隆匯3月17日丨 綠城管理控股(09979.HK)公佈,截至2022年12月31日止年度,公司持續經營收入達到人民幣26.56億元,較上年同期人民幣22.43億元增長18.4%;毛利達人民幣13.89億元,較上年同期人民幣10.41億元增長33.4%;期內綜合毛利率達到52.3%,較上年同期46.4%提升5.9個百分比;業務歸屬於公司股東的淨利潤達到人民幣7.45億元,較上年同期人民幣5.652億元增長31.7%;報吿期內公司經營活動現金淨流量達人民幣7.247億元,公司無負債且現金流充足。

董事會建議派付截至2022年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股人民幣0.30元及特別股息每股人民幣0.08元。

報吿期內,商業代建依然是集團最大的收入和利潤來源,於年內收入為人民幣16.69億元,佔整體收入的62.9%,與2021年的人民幣14.78億元相比增長了13.0%。增長的主要原因是(1)地方國企、城投拿地增長,國企╱城投類業務增加,同時在政府"保交樓"政策下,公司利用自身品牌、管理及資源整合優勢,積極參與紓困類項目的代建服務,收入逆勢增長;(2)公司在2022年1月27日收購了浙江熵裏建設管理有限公司("熵裏公司")60%的股權,2022年度將熵裏公司納入合併範圍而增加自營項目收入人民幣1.81億元。

報吿期內,政府代建收入達人民幣7.81億元,佔整體收入的29.4%,與2021年的人民幣5.72億元相比增長36.6%。主要是:(1)在黨中央"共同富裕"政策的推動下,"十四五"期間保障房建設需求加速釋放,公司抓住機會進行全國化擴張,政府代建業務收入增速明顯;及(2)公司順應市場需求,創新業務模式,擴展業務範圍,多元化業務經營推動收入增長;及其他服務收入為人民幣2.06億元,佔整體收入的7.7%,主要系公司上市前因未取得房地產開發一級資質而由綠城房地產集團有限公司("綠城房地產集團")投標且由綠城管理集團("綠城管理集團")管理的項目本期實現收入人民幣1.65億元。

報吿期內,其他服務收入為人民幣2.06億元,佔整體收入的7.7%,主要系公司上市前因未取得房地產開發一級資質而由綠城房地產集團有限公司("綠城房地產集團")投標且由綠城管理集團("綠城管理集團")管理的項目本期實現收入人民幣1.65yi 元。
