穆迪維持中國銀行業評級展望負面
評級機構穆迪表示,由於中國在疫情防控措施結束後復甦緩慢,維持對中國銀行業的負面展望評級,認為到目前為止中國經濟反彈依然乏力,借貸雙方在應對中國結束動態清零政策的挑戰下,將在未來12至18個月內影響中資銀行的資產質素及盈利能力。
穆迪補充,在退出動態清零政策的艱難調整中,中國銀行業的資產質素面臨壞帳的風險,新不良貸款率可能會保持高位,認為銀行業將在未來12至18個月內穩步處置壞賬,將不良貸款率穩定在目前的1.63%水平。
穆迪稱,貸款增長預計將在未來12至18個月內有所回升,以回應當局呼增加融資,但資產收益率下降將限制銀行利潤,但整體而言中資銀行的資本水平將保持穩定,流動性仍然充足。
