《公司業績》越秀地產(00123.HK)全年純利升10.2% 末期息0.307港元 實物分派越秀房產基金
越秀地產(00123.HK)公布截至去年12月底止全年業績,營業額724.16億元人民幣(下同),按年升26.2%。純利39.53億元,按年升10.2%;每股盈利1.2767元。派末期息0.307港元,連同中期股息,全年派息0.626港元。派息總額約佔核心淨利潤的40%。
此外,為回饋股東的長期支持,在越秀地產上市30週年及成立40週年之際, 已議決以集團持有越秀房產基金(00405.HK)的若干基金單位的實物分派形式,以合資格股東每持有1,000股股份可獲派62個基金單位的基準宣派特別股息。
期內,核心淨利潤約42.4億元,按年上升2.1%;毛利率約20.4%,按年下降1.4個百分點。
於去年,累計合同銷售(連同合營及聯營項目的銷售)金額約為1,250.3億元,按年上升8.6%;已售未入賬銷售金額1,789.7億元,升18.8%。年內在大灣區實現合同銷售金額約為596.8億元,在華東地區實現合同銷售金額429.5億元。
另外,集團年內平均借貸利率為4.16%,按年下降10個基點。淨借貸比率為62.7%,升15.6個百分點;現金及現金等價物及監控戶存款351.2億元,降13.3%。
截至去年12月31日,集團總土地儲備達到約2,845萬平方米,其中1,418萬平方米位於大灣區,佔比約為49.8%。(ek/u)
