世邦魏理仕:各行業房地產交易量均改善 料零售、酒店業或續受追捧
世邦魏理仕香港發佈2月份《香港商業房地產報告》。世邦魏理仕香港估值及諮詢部資深董事梁顯政表示,隨著經濟前景逐步明朗,房地產需求將逐漸增強,預計今年及稍後數年內,各行各業的的房地產交易量均有所改善。然而,租金及資本價值的走勢將取決於各自的供求平衡。
他表示,在短期內,受惠於入境旅客人數增長,零售業將明顯反彈,其次為酒店業,並預計未來這些資產將繼續受追捧。
梁顯政表示,零售資產受追捧,主要是零售板塊持續回暖,帶動資金回流,為今年2月商業地產交易的主調。
