《周末樓市》新地(00016.HK)屯門「NOVO LAND」月內沽逾690伙 二手交投轉淡
剛過去周末(11日及12日)新盤銷情持續熾熱,其中新地(00016.HK)屯門「NOVO LAND」第2B期昨日(12日)第三輪發售189伙,即日已沽出約172伙,佔可發售單位超過九成,一房戶及兩房戶沽清。新地副董事總經理雷霆表示,NOVO LAND發售9日已沽出逾690伙,套現超過40億元。 他指,連同去年7月起推售的同系第1A期及第1B期,項目不足八個月累沽2,238伙,成交額達137億元,而同系第2A期加上大埔白石角「University Hill」有機會月內緊接推售。至於新地與長實集團(01113.HK)合作的屯門「飛揚」第一期昨日亦沽出約5伙。 另外,消息指星星地產元朗「雨後」日獲約600票,以首兩張價單116你計超額認購逾4倍。 二手方面,中原剛過去的周末錄得10宗成交,按周回落41.2%,為12周新低。中原亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑認為,新盤搶去市場焦點,加上業主態度趨硬淨,甚至反價,買家暫時未適應追價,寧轉投價錢相對克制的新盤市場,導致二手成交放緩。 美聯周末十大屋苑成交按周跌44%至10宗,為13周新低。美聯住宅部行政總裁(港澳)布少明料,短期內市場將繼續聚焦熾熱的一手盤,而二手樓價仍然趨升。 利嘉閣周末十大屋苑僅錄8宗成交,為近12周以來再次跌至單位數字。港置十大屋苑周末合共錄8宗成交,按周減少約38%。(ek/k) ~
